How Bullsh*t affects trust

This was a webinar for a large public health organisation who I was working with exploring how to demonstrate trustworthiness and earn public trust. We did this workshop to highlight the role of language and flush out a lot of the bullsh*t we had identified with research with the general public, not just in language from head office, but in the day-to-day work of hospitals and healthcare situations and the implications for the trust of their patients and effectiveness of their services.
